These guys, man. Caldari scouts have that x-ray vision that scanners wish they could have. You could even be a Gallente scout dampened to the max and these could see you.

Flat wrong. Maximum Caldari Scout Precision is 14.91 dB. Maximum Gallente Scout Dampening is 11.05 dB. Lower value wins when it comes to EWAR, and this isn't even close. Gallente scout actually only needs 2 Complex Dampeners to hit 13.87 dB.

Gal Scout + 2 Complex Dampeners > Cal Scout + 4 Complex Precision Enhancers
