Prior to the update and please let me clarify that I am not a student of mathematics nor particularly competent with numbers, etc.
I am rather upset that the mixed up modifiers of the Caldari and Amarr have caused a significant upset to and decrease in my available SP values that were refunded to me.
In context post 1.8 Update I skilled into Amarr Scouts believing the SP values presented were being processed that the standard Racial Dropsuit values as was to be expected of such content during a new patch. However I was recently made aware that there was a mix up regarding the Skill Multipliers of the suits and as such I have been charged and extra 900K on top of my Amarr Scout Dropsuit to make up the difference.
IN honesty I was working off of, while skilling, a set series of values in my head regarding how much wished to spend vs keep back for future releases. To my immense displeasure those values have been thrown out of the window again as a problem that really should no have been encountered now has been.
If perhaps shown the correct values I believe my choices would have been otherwise......as such the fact that I appeared to be spending less of my total SP values mean that I was more willing to invest into prototype which is the issue as it has cost me far more than I was aware I was spending and willing to spend.
If possible, and I have submitted a ticket I would like to opportunity to reallocate that SP properly now fully aware of the SP modifiers and as all such issues have been rectified.
As I say I am not concerned with any SP I spent into Core Upgrades, Weaponry, etc as all values were to my knowledge correct and without issue and fully informed decisions.....the Dropsuit Upgrades issue was not informed at all.
Regards True Adamance.

What do you want us to do about it? If you sent a ticket to CCP just wait.
Anyways I don't know why you're complaining, you got more things earlier than you originally would have.

To be honest I don't see the problem, every one that plays dust for more than a week should know the skill modifiers. They are not exactly a secret.
And this is not the first time CCP messed up with skills and prerequisites.... |

Regards True Adamance. So, just to get this straight, you spent sp into Amarr scout because you wanted to run the suit, and now that you are not getting it for half price, suddenly you didn't want to run Amarr scout all along? Better just live with the choices you made and learn for next time to skill into what you actually want, not what you're trying to scam the system for.

How was I to know it was half price. As I have mentioned why would I assume CCP had messed up again on an aspect of my skill tree.
Perhaps I might even want to keep some of my scout skills..... but I want to option of making that decision knowing full well where those SP are going not having and extra 1 million or so removed after the fact.
