I'm gonna just shoot a dart and say this: yes things aren't THAT bad, but what has been happening to make the game feel like it's been going in the positive direction?

This does not have to do with any new suit or weapon, no it is the LAG and hit detection. I am less than 5 M from targets face I am spraying them in the face their shields are shinning like someone poured glitter on them and they take no damage. As they are taking no damage, if I am near an object I get rubber banded all over the place as I am trying to kill someone who is taking no damage. Now I love a challenge CCP. I know we just had a patch but this has been going on way to long. It is no longer fun for me and I am growing tired of the same BS, the same rubber banding, clinging to the environment, and the constant imbalance. I am not QQing or raging I am mearly pleading to be heard like all the others before me. Please fix the game play, I cant enjoy my new toys and I would really like to play with them even if I do not play well with others
