          Here is the simplest way to describe it. I have caldari ADS lvl 5 and therefore suppose to fire really fast.
  How missile turret works:
  In 1.7- Pew pew pew pew pew pew pew pew => where each pew=1 missile shot (8 max clip before auto reload)
  In 1.8- for the first 2-3 minutes that the derpship gets called in (not just at beginning of match, beginning of ADS spawn) this is what happens: 
  pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) pew(sound only no missile shot) pew (missile shot) 
  The pews are the same speed as in 1.7 but only every other pew releases a missile. so after 15 pews (8 missiles) will it reload. eventually after a couple of reloads or 2-3 minutes pass, it gets fixed and fires like in 1.7
  Unfortunately I need them pews right away especially during PC. So many tanks got away today because of the stall.

  but the passive skills are only a problem when you spawn in the match... ads problem occurs every-time you spawn a ads

          Sir, the state change might be causing it the delay for passive skillpoints to be changed. I wonder if damage output is also nerfed for prof skills for the weapons as well.
 Forge Changes needed Officer Splash 3.0, Proto 2.7 Advanced 2.5 Standard 2.1. 
Original ROF needs to return!

  That's what i'm thinking. But the passive skillpoints delay only happens at beginning of match. once you die and respawn during the match, there is no delay.
  But for the ads, it happens each time the ads is called in. Not just beginning of match. Which is why I want to confirm. if passive sp delay happens each time a dropsuit is spawned then that's what's causing the ads turret delay. get me?

  This is exactly how i feel everytime i respawn with my Forge Gun, it fires blanks for the first clip or 2 then it levels out and fires semi-normally.... untill I die and have to go through the whole process again.
 
  It usually levels out if i stay alive long enough
