If CCP started a new match mode without tanks , percentage wise how much of your Dust time will you spend in this mode and why?

I would greatly enjoy a game mode without vehicles, not just without tanks. I enjoy the elements vehicles bring to the table but it would be nice to rely on gun game a bit more than who can spam the most vehicles. Granted this isn't always true but as far as public matches go it's usually the case.
I'd just like to see more variety. |

I would like to see this as well, but I think CCP is wary of splitting the playerbase any more than it has to. If that mode becomes popular and leaves a ton of vehicle players playing by themselves, that really hasn't been all that effective. Some players will see some benefit, others will probably just leave since their entire role was made worthless.
I think these problems could be greatly alleviated by smart map design like in several of the new maps. There are areas where vehicles are simply not very effective, and creating more of these areas would allow for exciting infantry and vehicle combat to coexist on the same map. |

1. Limit # of tanks and ADS in a match, any match.
CCP will handle x3 tank hardener and hopefully limit range on rail guns as well.
The only new mode CCP needs to add is a matchmaking system which is based on skill. I thought a mercenary mode would work, in CoD merc are solo'ers and the mode is much better than running into stacked lobbies. |

Honestly I'd like to see an arena mode with a unique string of sc-fi arena themed maps to go along with them. The arena could take the form of a high-sec pvp with standard tech only and no vehicles.
There could also be events where certain aspects of the arena are changed around a bit (such as melee weapons only). |

Because I like sandbox games, I would NOT play a game mode, where is some restrictions, like no tanks mode
I support BPO removal;

Not worth the trouble if it's Skirm. But I'd totally run a vehicle-free Dom or Skirm.
Anyway, isn't this thread a bit pointless with the vehicle hardener nerf coming in the next few days or a week?
You people who have an ego trip from proto stomping have a harsh reality waiting in life after you turn off the PS3.

i would be playing this mode often.
seeing as how the FG is now shooting blanks 50% of the time i can't even shoot tanks properly now because of that bug.
and seeing as how the swarm launcher is dead and hardly anyone is running it, fighting tanks has become a chore and not worth the effort anymore. especially when you run up against duna corp and all they do is spam tanks and now one bothers to take them down because AV is so broken

You should be able to specify what types of vehicles are allowed in that type of game. Sort of like checking off what type of match you currently want (i.e. skirm, dom, ambush).
