You don't need that. Deactivating a cloak doesn't auto-drain. with 80 seconds you have more than enough time to cloak in and cloak out.
The most OP weapon on the Dust Battle Field:
One good logi, one rep tool, and a heavy.

i try to just use my damps to get into position and use cloak to fallback or regen.. urban combat just got real

But it still puts a cooldown on it right? Oh wait no that's right it needs to pass a certain threshold of power consumption before it's not usable, what's the math on that? Like 50% power or something?

was for sitting on mcc's twice the ammo ^^

you use the first sniper rifle for three shots, switch to your second rifle and and use the remaining shots, in my scenario i'm using a caldari commando ^^.

Can't fit 2, but even if you could, you wouldn't need them. Even the Std is enough to get the vast majority of your sneaky sneaking done, and sneak back out with time to spare.
