Brick tanking needs to be more CPU/PG intensive

That way, you bring about variety, instead of 450 armor gallente light assauGÇª.er scouts Id also be down with a scout CPU/PG nerf if this occurred. Im think that regular plates need to cost as much as reactives, and reactives stay the same, ferros cost less than now, shields cost less pg but like 80 cpu, and kin cats cost 7/9/12 pg respectively. Kills-Archduke Ferdinand Balance!

And its called being scoutly, not heavy Kills-Archduke Ferdinand Balance!
