Pete B Dogs of War Gaming Zero-Day 124	Posted - 2014.03.27 00:58:00 - [1] - Quote With the fact that proficiencies as a whole have been nerfed, along with half the weapons and equipment, I really feel along with a Dropsuit command respec, a total infantry respec would have been justified. I was a minmatar logi who ran - Needle - Repper - Hive (repper) - Assault rifle Thanks to the Base drop of assault rifles, along with the slap to proficiencies, thats really annoying to use and isn't what I invested in, in the first place anymore, but being a logi, that isn't what I used most so it meant a smaller amount than what the equipment nerf meant. That nerf HURT! The hive has become so useless I've pretty much dropped it. The repper although being a minny logi means the nerf means little, its still annoying on other suits, and if I wanted to replace them, the other options aren't even good enough to be a real replacement as ALL equipment has been nerfed. To the point that I rather fill it with a dirty needle. My scrambler rifles, combat rifles, rail rifles, subby, and assault rifles have changed quite a bit, yet no respec. The equipment as a whole has changed yet no respec. And most of all, the new relevance to suits has changed, meaning you can't just adjust what you have and make do, it means the majority of what you have becomes useless unless you run EVERY suit... yet no respec.

They haven't been nerfed per se, but the way it works has been changed.

I take what you get and be happy if I was you. and what is so bad about having skills you may need some time later I like to see more players carrying needles and using them not just having them to see who is down so they can go hunting I like to get a pick up some time since I am the one reping ppl and putting my self in the line of fire to keep you all alive.

The point I'm getting at is more or less that what people have now, isn't what they originally specced into. I went into damage mods thinking "Wow, I can make my standard weapon like an advanced by simply adding 1 module, or even just adding 1 module to make a proto from an advanced". Now however I think "the incremental improvements are so small, its barely worth it".
