Sigh. You know, I understand that it took you MONTHS to lower the volume of a headshot. I mean... it was deafening sometimes, and my game isn't set to loud anyway.
So I was really happy today when I finally got a headshot and was congratulated by a silent "baaam baaam baaam".
And then I died, and I spawned in cloaked.
"Hey, you know this silent covert ops thing... cloaking, right?
BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMM I AM CLOOOOOOOOOOAAAAKEEED, CAN YOU HEEEARRR MEEEEE ENABLING ALL THESE REFLECTIVE PANELS AND SO ON?!?!?!?!"
Is the volume's proportion the exact opposite of the visibility?
For the love of... my ears still hurt :) |

That's why I play at volume 2. At least I don't hear the headshot sounds, anymore :D |

You don't get it guys. It's not THEIR cloak, it's the sound of your cloak as you spawn on an uplink. I am not even talking about the Equipment cloak.

The noise seems to have a really low range though. Either that or all the enemies I've been cloaking and uncloaking by are deaf. |

I think I gave someone a heart attack when I decloaked at the top of a stairwell with my dren. Insta-kill.
