I heard talk and rumors that sometime in the future Dust 514 will receive a PVE element, wave defense, search and destroy and another type that i can't quite remember. is there any truth behind this and if so will we be able to squad up with friends to go on these PVE missions and Wave defense? |

Yes.
There is a chance that we can try it at fanfest after one month. So maybe it will be implemented in about... 2 months?
I support BPO removal;
RDV to take your vehicles back;
and racial weapons on starter fits

CCP have been talking about - and showing footage of - PvE gameplay with "Rogue Drones" since closed beta.
So far, nothing has been released. The most recent date announced for PvE was 2013.
So we should be seeing this content last year, along with MTACs and a bunch of other awesome things that aren't actually in the game yet. |

Wrong. PVE is what this game needs the most right now. Get out of here.

The game is in a bad place because it's difficult to get right. CCP haven't done the best job, sure, but PvE will alleviate so many problems. You are foolish to think otherwise. |

It's expected delivery among the players. The dropsuits has arrived. The weapon choices are plentiful. Really what is left beyond the innovation of making a stronger connection between Dust and EVE? That might take a while, so all that's left is PVE.
