I completely changed over to minmatar heavy thank you for allowing this partial respec
however my core skills are maxed to be an armor tanker the minmatar heavies have high slots not lot slots if possible could you switch my armor repair and my armor plate skills to shield extender and shield recharger
also a marketplace in 1.9 so i can get rid of all this amarr crap

Proto extenders are just less than 1mil SP. That's about 2.5 weeks of SP, assuming you cap. You'll make it. Also, use Energizers over Rechargers.

alas I am a full time college student and i have a full time job i won't be able to cap until summer |

One way or another, they will help. No points are wasted (except dropsuit comand 4-5 and dropsuit upgrades 5 and the vehicle ones). |
