Seriously? Heavies are near unkillable, and their rotation speed being the same as all the other suits means that any attempt at strafing or trying to avoid them just ends in death.

You do realise the hot fix wont bring balance to AV and vehicles....only short term release.

I feel cloaks themselves are fairly balanced, but proto suits with proto NK and or shotguns kinda get rediculus when cloaked.
nerf those blaster tanks!
