Said this before... Made Idea and discussion threads pleading with CCP to test the new assault bonuses...
They obviously said F* it.
Assaults are obsolete...

If this patch where they said they had extensive internal testing... Is as bad as it is?
I think we have to take CCP at their Actions not their Words.
Their Words are bullshit by fact of their actions.
I'm convinced their play test team merely turns the game on to see if it works... *rubs their hands together* Ok we are done lets go for a coffee break for the rest of the day...
Or "Hey Can you other 3 testers get on the game? Ok then we are all on the game it works!" "Push that patch through it's been tested"  |

Not one person from my corp went Assault.
Not one of us could figure out any use for them other then an Amarr Assault.. and still would rather the commando instead.
The assault suits like everyone said are useless. |

Assault aren't that bad guys... really!
The Mk.0 and the Gk.0 Assaults are really close to being quite good.
The Gk.0 with the new spread bonus on the AR is really nice. Also with the innate repair you can make some solid fits. I really got that sense of Epic Brawler when I used my GK.0 assault this afternoon.
All it really needs is a slight damage buff to the AR.
The Mk.0 is really living up to its ganker status. The stamina regen and pool is a real nice touch. Add that with a 85 ACR clip and you some serious firepower. Better not get your backside 
What the suit really needs is just a small Stealth Buff more akin to scout suits. Flanking is impossible when scanned.

I got Amarr assault 4, said goodbye to Amarr logi 4, got some further dropsuit upgrades, and I love it.... is, is something wrong with me?

The only non-squishy assaults are Gallente and Amarr assault suits.
Minmitars are fast but hard to fit and have little eHP. Caldari's bonus is a joke.
