First this is not a QQ
The people that use the amarr dropsuits was forced to spec into them again. IF they didnt they would have wasted the Sp invested in the scrambler rifle. so it wasnt really fair.
I was going to stay with the amarr assault anyway but some may not wanted it but chose it anyway because they didnt want to wast the skill points in the scrambler rifle.
why did vehicles full respec and we just got dropsuits? |

It only mattered if you were changing roles. And even then, it wouldn't justify a weapon refund. |

At least you weren't a heavy, so you had the option to change frame without sitting on entirely useless SP.
The decision was made long ago, all we can hope for now is a final respec when ALL the basic vehicles and weapon variants are released, but at this point I strongly doubt it.
CCPs answer is "buy boosters"

The only two prototype weapons that I have are the scrambler and the laser and I don't feel like it is wasted SP, the weapons work but if you are Amarr they work better. That is how it is supposed to be. It may suck but it isn't a need for a full respec, things will always change and if you think they won't then you are in the wrong game.

Vehicles and their mods were completely changed. Some vehicle mods were removed entirely. Skills were changed to the point that things people skilled into didnt exist anymore. Vehicle refund had to happen. Your scrambler rifle is still around, just changed. You can use the upcoming event to grab some free sp and pick a new weapon. Problem solved, no refund needed.
Switzerland is small and neutral. We're more like Germany. Ambitious and misunderstood.

So the difference is not that big if i was to use another dropsuit with a scrambler rifle? |
