The gallente commando is pretty nice, high armor and passive armor rep. With the longer ttk its survivability is great. The only drawback i find is the plasma rifle's damage output. |

-The basic Amarr light frame requires absolutely no skills to use. You can go straight into proto if you wanted to without skilling into anything.
-And the Proto Caldari scout only requires you to be level III in the Caldari Scout skill to use proto. While the 'Neo' version requires you to be all the way to level V. 
Not sure if this is how you wanted it, or if it's a promo thing. Just thought I would point this out. |

There's a thread up about it as a hotfix later on.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim

On a side note they left the melee damage the same for all the dropsuits, 240,00 per hit which is pretty amusing lol. |
