ok, this time I will try to explain it to you.
Lag doesn't work like you said. Server doesn't wait for clients on PS3 to respond. They just send information, and client sends information back to server. But it doesn't wait for response.
So if server is located on NA, and you play on it only with with people from NA it lags the same amount to you if where were people playing from Asia, Europe or Antarctica.
They would be laging, because it farther for THEM, not YOU. So you still would be playing normal.
If that was't true, then "lag switching" would work.
So if you are laging, it's your internet connection, and have nothing to do with other players.
I support BPO removal;

Well, it depends.
As far as performance goes, perhaps asian players fair better on NA servers than most EU players. Are you even accounting the difference that goes from having east US players and west US players too? What about South Americans?
I'm not saying there's no performance issues but i don't understand why you think the mere fact that they're asian means they bring more issues than a brazilian, a russian or an american from Hawaii.

I'm speaking solely from experience. Asian corps = Laggy match
I don't know why but Dust Brasil doesn't cause lag only corps like Die Valkyrie and NS
