was against a min heavy, one shot didnt register i died, against a scout, 1 shot didnt register i died :/ |

Nothing new there. Shotgun hit detection has been like that since Uprising 1.0 (well, maybe it's not quite as bad anymore, but it's not fixed yet). |

More alarmingly some of my Forge Hits don't seem to be registering ....... at least against Gunnies ..... might be just patch day .
No job is worth doing if you don't get paid in the end .

The forge is wierd. It's projectile Reacts to hitboxes differently compaired to other guns. Not sure why but it has always ben like this.
It's not broken, just different.

My guess is still that the SG suffers from the same problem like the HMG (before CCP fixed it) thanks tho the operating skill its too damn accurate, you need to be dean (center) on target.
The problem is the recticle is way greater than the target hit area so even if the recticle turns red you may miss as all pellets will hit around the not visible center.... |

Urg, I hope they didn't make it worse. I'll check later today since it's my main weapon.

No this guy is right. Something is really off with the Shotty hit detection. I had to fire point blank five times at an advanced gal assault just to kill him. He didn't even realize i was there. |

I knew there was somethibg like that going on! Not all the time, but just every now and then on a heavy a shot won't cause dmg?! one shot fires and hits, second shot is a blank, then third hits, but you're dead. I use the shotgun for it's reliability in cqc. where's the reliability in blank fires? I'm not sure what's causing it?!

I was having a blast with it but missed lots of shots, I thought I was just crazy excited lol , but I got 20 kill games just wrecking doods

I think my best game today was 39/13 i was having fun but like 3-5 deaths were caused by this problem :/ |
