I love it. The cloak really helps with the regen when I'm standing still. I use ADV G-1 scout suit.

I have all but given up on a balanced infantry game. CCP simply does not have it in them lol. I'll fly my Incubus or troll around in my Madrugar, otherwise, I am so set with this patch

Agreed. If I were balancing Gallente repair rates I'd say: 4HP/sec for light suits, 3HP/sec for medium, and 2HP/sec for heavy.
