I have been running Infantry and it seems like the Rail Rifle got hit in the kick department. It is flying all over the place for me, more than it was before. Anyone else notice this?
Also, 'stealth nerf': 250 MS charge time to 300 MS charge time.

I'm still gonna use the rail rifle on my Caldari suit.
CCP needs to implement suit bonuses that compliment their racial weapons just like ships in EVE so people are encouraged to fit racial weapons. It kind of annoys me when people fit the combat rifle just because it has the lowest fitting resource draw.

Wasn't saying it was a problem, merely that it seemed to be kicking more than usual. CCP really should mention this stuff in patch notes is all.

Been a while since I last used the RR, but I picked it up today just to test the damage. Still drops people really quickly it would seem.
What do you mean when you say kick? I noticed the screen was vibrating like hell (but it's always done that with the RR, no?), but I was consistently hitting the target without having to correct the aim (aside from adjusting to their movement ofc). |

By kick i mean it flying all over the place. Seems to be doing it more than before for me but A) It could just be that I think I am missing shots that are actually hitting because TTK increase B) I am tired as hell so I could just be aiming like butt or C) I aim like butt anyway so how can I tell a difference.
