So I only played 2 and a half games before getting to annoyed to play, but from what I noticed proto combat rifle far surpasses assault rifle, doing almost the same amount of damage and fire rate. Magsec "SMG" does more damage then assault rifles, combat rifles and a couple of other weapons also out matches every side arm. (I personally have a bit of a problem that a sub machine gun doing more damage (DPS is completely understandable) and range then an assault rifle, or a primary weapon). Everyone loves spamming proto. My minmitar racial bonus for weapon magazine size doesn't actually come into play until I reload after shooting a whole magazine. I tend to spawn into the game missing about 60 armor and 50 shields (I don't know if they did something with the uplink? I did read the description a long time ago and notice it mentions" excruciating painful" so did they implement this?) The market place looks kinda messy and is a bit of a pain with all the scrolling. My armor repair modules don't seem to work on this spawn in damage until I use a compact nanohive or take armor damage. I didn't notice any armor or shield increase (don't know if the apparent slight increase for that was finalised?) And Time to Kill seems to very very fast still (I don't have.a problem with it though more points for being a logi).
Anyone else noticing any of these things? Mainly asking about the spawning with damage being taken. |

Yes, we know Armor/Shield upgrades not working properly.

caldari commando play:
spawn and look where you are -> taking CR/Massdriver damage -> hide -> plop, plop, plop -> death by massdriver spawn somewhere else -> plop, plop, plop -> try to hide, but the explosion still hits behind cover -> death by massdriver
try to fight without hiding... death by CR burst. by the way.. tanks are still arround to make it even more "fun".
so far i'm not happy at all |
