And for the record I usually run a plated scout. This is a utility fit built to hide from Gallente Logi focused scans and Caldari scouts. It's not to be taken too seriously. I called it squishy dolphin after all hahah. |

Nice, but I'd go with a comp ferroscale or a seconf kincat instead of a second damp, since the cloak makes it redundant.

What if a focused scan hits me when I'm waiting on the cloak cooldown? This is just a fit to answer a niche, and maybe spark some debate. |

It is, but changing the complex to an enhanced doesn't allow me to squeeze anything else in. I know 2 complex is overkill. I like the way it looks better though and don't mind paying a bit extra. Please not that I'm not being serious. |
