No, the good old fashioned way to choose is to let nyain san figure out what the OP combination is and copy them. Appears to work for 75% of the player base.

On a more serious note- what weapon do i use the most?(minmatar or Amarr weaponry, though Gallente has a use for my more CQC oriented fits) so i find a suit that bonuses best to that, or what i determine to be most generalized and good in X/X situations.
Minmatar Logi for example, would be good for about 3 things- reps, hacks, and fringe operation. Gallogi would be best for slayerlogi, solo logi, and walking radar dish.
In terms of heavies- Amarr would be best for encountering multiple heavies consecutively, while Minmatar will be good for point breaching, medframe mopups, and solo use.
Caldari's the Thale's wet dream.

Also i feel itchy. Anybody got a tube of Rust-It?
