I was thinking Caldari Heavy with 2 enhanced damage mods, an adv assault FG, and blah blah blah (not as viable as a 1.7 single complex damage modded militia amarr heavy with an assault FG, but it'll be worth a shot). And level 1 caldari commando with a rail rifle and a combat rifle (advanced of course).
