the ideal bunny hop suit has low total stamina but high recharge, so whatever suit has teh highest recharge to low stam ratio is the best bunny hopper |

You're doin it wrong xD use this http://www.protofits.com/fittings/shared/140/1274 and harass from supposedly empty open ground  CQC is not in the Amarr light assault that can easily fit a cloak's best interest.

i don't know where you heard this from, but it's not true. when i run card regs on my scout gk.0, i can definitely jump more than without them, and melee.
