All their heavy and light basic frames have the same costs as their specialized frames with a few wierd exceptions (which might cause a bunch of people to go negative with isk when CCP catches it and hotfixes the people who tried to exploit the advantage of picking the race with the cheap PRO basic heavies....)

I am nervous because so much is changing that its hard to tell if this is the balanced scout many of us hoped for, or if this is more of the same overbalance that is typical with buffs in Dust. Glad I am working tomorrow so will have the time to go through the forums and see what is going on. Looking for the scout hangout?

The min scout is going to be a beast for invisible hacking especially with 2 equipment slots. The min heavy will be a very fast heavy suit which will make it one of the best against 1 v 1 against another heavy. Straffing will be a breeze with it. The only thing that CCP is getting wring in my opinion with this new build is that they are changing the shotgun profi skill from increased firing speed to doing more damage against armor, shotguns dont need to do more damage. there profi skill was perfect the way it was. CCP said that the profi skills increased base damage on all wepons which was not true at all. So why change what was perfect to begin with? This is going to make it so that my breach shotgun is not as good as it was before.
