I did a google translate at the time - I just couldn't remember the Italian.
It was basically 'shove your explosives up your 'culo' - 'finocchio'.
Now I remember - they spelt the last word with two 'k', so I had to google a tad harder to figure it out. Though I guessed they didn't mean 'fennel' 
I've actually squaded up with Maphia Clan a few times after running into one of your scouts (Grimlock/Rinnegate), we even ended up against my (old) corp. It was kinda fun - Italian sounds so fun and serious at the same time.

Is this real life? Such a different take on the show in the intro. The English version keeps the feel of being part of the main show in that it (mostly) follows the enterprise of Twilight Sparkle and her feats in coming to Ponyville by speaking/singing through her.
However in Italian, the lyrics are geared more in a manner to advertise the show. My best comparison would be mashing up Big O (great anime, you should watch it) and Road Rovers (which had it's great moments for sure.)
Italian feels more aware of itself in that it's trying to be a kids show IMO.
Still good though. |
