ingredienti
1 -ú secca ziti
1 cipolla, tritata
1 -ú carne macinata magra
2 (26 once) vasetti salsa di spaghetti
6 once di formaggio provolone a fette
1 1/2 tazze di panna acida
6 once mozzarella, tagliuzzato
2 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato
indicazioni
1. Portate una pentola di acqua leggermente salata a bollore. Aggiungere la pasta ziti, e cuocere al dente, circa 8 minuti, scolarli.
2. In una grande padella, la cipolla e carne tritata a fuoco medio. Aggiungere la salsa di spaghetti, e far cuocere 15 minuti.
3. Preriscaldare il forno a 350 gradi F (175 -¦ C). Burro un piatto da 9x13 pollici di cottura. Strato come segue: 1/2 del ziti, provolone, panna acida, 1/2 miscela di salsa, rimanendo ziti, mozzarella e salsa restante impasto. Top con parmigiano grattugiato.
4. Cuocere per 30 minuti nel forno preriscaldato, o fino a quando i formaggi si fondono.
