heavy suits will have the best survivability and RR still does the most damage and can melt faces at range and in CQC. CCP Im not really a fan of not letting heavies carry light weapons but with high HP and a weapon that makes slow speed irrelevant the sentinel suit + light weapon combo breaks the game.
the combo needs drawbacks and it simply doesnt have enough. its the new logi.
also, minmatar heavy = crap. give it another slot and it should be really fast compared to the others. it should move @ assault speed if its going to be so weak. it needs a 3-3 slot count too.

Never, and I do mean this, forget that the Plasma Cannon can and will melt your face regardless of the frame you are using. The bigger the target, the better.

Drawbacks for running Sentinel:
- Bigger hotbox so you're easier to hit
- Almost worthless passive scanning
- Significantly slower
- No equipment
If you want to trade those four things for higher survivability and use a long range rifle then go ahead. In CQC you'll be better off with an HMG.

1.8 DPS comparing advanced in order to pick up the ACR:
SB-39 Rail: 379.6 @ 94m, 2072 per clip
RS-90 Combat: 567 @ 77m, 1928 per clip
BK-42 ACR: 400 @ 77m, 1360 per clip
You're better off using an HMG over a CR/ACR since you'll be doing over 740 DPS for much longer. The only reason to use a Rail over a CR is range, racial preference and a dislike of Scrambler Rifles. The Scrambler is the bane of my existence and the deadliest rifle on the field.
