ccp doesn't care about "non-americans" players or better,about who doesn't speak english.......
why the only forum that are controlled by GM is english forum?
we have 7 different language's forum and only one of this is controlled.
in the italian forum we had GM unicorn,but he's magically disappeared for a few months...
where the f**k is he?
i asked at our spanish friends and they say that also in the spanish forum anarchy reigns supreme...
why ccp doesn't care about us? how can you say in the dev blog "we listen to the player's opinion" when you don't read other language's forum? why italian forum is full of profanity;blasphemies?
for joke we posted cooking recipes and they stll there!
CCPlisten to me please......i play dust since open beta,everyday,but sincerely this game is boring me......i don't know how many people in america play dust,but for my country i can say that you are loosing italian (and more country) players,day by day.......
you don't listen to us,this f*****g 1.8 look like a colossal suck.....
i think with this patch,you will lose over 50% of active players...
EHY CCP:
do you really care about us,or your minds are only thinking about EVE valkirye?

Bro that's just terrible and disrespectful of CCP
If they don't have the man power or recourses to make al the different language part of the fourum to work then it's better to be honest about it and close them down admitting your failure instead of ignoring you guys .

I would recommend you offer them classes on other languages or send them roseta stone, I hear that's the best way to learn other languages.

I don't think its just about support.....I don't know if CCP has the staff and resources to have a full blown team of community managers for each official language and so tends to try to consolidate it all in the English speaking.....which I would presume is a large part of their playerbase.
I don't think that helps you but its somewhat understandable even if not the desired set up.

* To ensure parity with EVE Online support, customer support for DUST 514 will now only be offered in the following languages: English, Russian, Japanese, and German.
So you will probably see other languages get locked down soon after 1.8, I guess. Also tickets won't work for those languages anymore. |
