Ion pistol < any other gun by a factor of e^(e^10)
Shotgun is deadly but the range stops way to quickly it's needs a better fall off. The plc is just shot it should just be changed to an rpg with some proper damage scaling.

1. Only the ARR if it has been charged. Strafe my friend, it helps
2. Maybe, however, it is getting nerfed harder than the AR, so there is no reason it will be better next patch

RR has higher dps and is much easier to use
Combat rifle will still have higher dps
