Amarr heavies get projectile resistance as their main resistence, so in an open fight between two HMG's 15% is gonna be a big difference. Amarr can also plate stack nearly as hard as gallente, some of their armor is lost to shields, but projectiles are -5% on shields and losing 15% damage from proficiency. Close, but I would call it for Amarr. edit; Gal sentinel gets 1Hp/s sooooooo......ya.....

The Gal will be superior due to tankeness. I am choosing the gal but due we really need to look like we have a horrible growth coming out of our heads.
