When was the templar hunt on this time line as well?

Yes.... though the Templar Man Hunt and the original destruction of the bulk of Amarrian 1st Gen Templars are two different occasions I believe.
Canonically it has to be since Heth's efforts to expunge clones came before Caldari Prime if reports are true and the Chronicle "I shall hide" explains that the Amarr had already done in their first generation clones prior to Heth's own realisation that we are insanely dangerous.
Our own Templar Man Hunt was most likely a gimmick with a poorly thought out explanation designed to get people excited about the Tempalr BPO.

Yeah.... I had a huge bio chunk of Kador destroyed because I didn't acknowledge that clone soldiers have only existed in New Eden for a little under 2 years.
My back story is better for it though.
