Your substandard perception and understanding of the game will prevent you from killing me with anything other than a tank. Also shaming comando suits as a tanker is substandard and misconcieved. Kind of fellow who honestly believe every one of his kills was some amazing piece of artistic work no other can match up to..... It's a video game man, an FPS at that..... the most amount of skill Dust requires is not to spend you SP on something you don't need.
As for the rest of it.....its logically equivalent to call tanking the same as infantry. Aiming, positioning, module choice, team work, etc..... all of it the same.... I just have 3000 more HP than you and cost about 3-5x the amount of your suit.

Uhhh, My proto suit costs over 300k, are you saying that your tank costs 900k-1.5m?
My tank only costs me a little over 120K.

My Soma's used to.
Now my HAV cost around about 500+ ISK depending on what I fit. Definately more when I develop my Small Turret Skills out.
200K ISK frame
281K ISK turret
2x Snall turrets
depending on how much fitting space I have
anything between complex and proto modules.
It is logically equivalent.

You run around, I drive around.
You reload. I reload.

I dunno Lorhak....some people just lack sense..... mental capacity.....and general understanding.
