I don't expect it to live long in battle, but I will be clearing a path and opening doors for my team. 3 KinCatz + 1 Cardiac Reg, FTW. I think your use of a Repper will be a waste. Anything less than 20HP/s isn't going to be of any help. I GÖú Kittens.

Other things worth noting is Minmatar has 0 armor rep with that fit while Gallente has 7.25, but Minmatar has better stamina and much better recovery rate (Gallente can use a Cardiac Regulator to even that out though, but will then lose the armor rep). Edit: Of course you might be better of dropping the third Kin Cat on the Gallente for a Cardiac Regulator, which would make your sprint speed 7.07 which is slightly less than the Minmatar fit, but you would also have more stamina and almost the same recovery rate with the added bonus of the 7.25 armor rep. Well the Min sentinel can effectively dual tank and still maintain a good movement speed. As is always the case with the Gallente: they can do better than anyone in one particular area, but they can rarely hold ground in more than one. No.
