So did you stock up all your suits? What about your vehicles? Did you get the message that your limited to how.many purchases you can make?
Well guess what?!? Your hard earned isk is gone, or did you use aurum? I have time again and again...
When you get that error message again, you will not receive back your currency or receive your purchase.

If your talking about that restock glitch, then the purchase does still go through, and you still receive your items. It just takes a while, which is why you should only restock once
Buying in bulk before going into battle is another solution.

Atiim, I'm sorry to inform you that this is not the case...
Try it for yourself... I've just verified again, and again, and again. Each time there is one instance where you will not receive isk back or the item.

Sometimes when that message pops up, it's because the limit was reached half way through a fitting.
Let's say you have a logi fit with 3 extenders and 3 plates. You have 10 of these and try to get ten more. You try to restock it and get the message. Turns out, you purchased 30 extenders and 10 suits, but not the 30 extra plates. That means you only have enough items altogether to use 10 complete suits. Same as before.
In other words, it may look like you lousy isk, but you only restocked half of your suit, making to compete it, you would have to buy the 30 plates separately. If you choose to restock the whole fit again and NOT get the message, you will restock the suits, extenders, and plates, meaning you'll end up with 30 suits, 90 extenders, and 60 plates. This will give you 20 compete fits.
Maybe this is what happened? |

I am terribly sorry, but that wasn't possible.
For evidence, please read OP.
Then have a look at the part where OP is proven UTTERLY wrong, twice, and pretends like he's right.

This is why I always restock and make sure I have at least 30-50 units of every fit ready. Do I intend to die that much in every match? **** no. But if the match becomes that bad and I want to do my best to make the enemy suffer as much as possible before I lose, then it doesn't hurt to have that extra bit lying around.
Overstocking is like my M512 SMG. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Also, no one has any legitimate excuse for staying broke. You have starter fits and militia fits. If you maxed out your core skills, you'll be wrecking people in no time with militia setups. If you don't have maxed out core skills, that's ok. starter fits are there to help you save every drop of ISK you earned if you're the kind of person who never cares about his KDR.

I never encountered the problem you pointed out during this build. In 1.6 I did encounter this but the system always (later on) gave me what I purchased.

Please contribute to the community. As for Atiim's post, it was not correct. Joel's post is correct and applicable.
And gamer, again contribute. |
