Amarr have some of the most aesthetically pleasing weapons and suits.
Not so much the medium, but the heavy and commando are amazing. The lines, the colors and dat skirt. How can a suit be beautiful and scary at the same time? I DONT KNOW!
The Amarr scout has potential, but I have to see it on the field first.
While we are talking about pretty stuff, how both that Caldari Rail rifle and Dropship? That's just future looking tech right there.

No, its just the draping edges of a coat. I don't know how its mistaken for a skirt. Both the heavy, the medium, and the light (based on the art shown) have a coat. Anyway, they all look pretty stylish, and I personally love the medium.

I think the Amarrian suits and weapons are simply too flashy, and the ears on the Medium Frames make me want to hurl sometimes. The heavy frames simply look like a rock with paint and lightbulbs on it.
Caldari gear looks the best, with Gallente gear coming in for a very close second.

I don't know, it just looks kind of out place. The Amarr scout looks more like a Amarr suit then the medium(which is ironic, because the Amarr would probably have only had heavy and medium suits to begain with and the light was just recently introduced as a tactical suit)
