Too much armour losing your speed which is crucial to a shield based suit, damage mods are going to be irrelevant in 1.8 so try this. 3x complex shield ext 1 complex shield energizer 1 complex regulator 2 complex ferro plates You will have much faster shield regen with the energizer and the regulator gets you into that regen rate faster. You can swap the ferro plates for reactive plates but the fitting costs are tighter, with all your core skills maxed and fitting optimization maxed, it's doable. Reactive plates have less HP but repair themselves. Third low slot you can run a cardiac reg or a kin kat. Dual tanking's OK but makes that suit slow as shittt.
