DUST Search - Amarr assault and RoF bonus- hidden blessing?

The point of nerfing something is to stop it from being too powerful.

Giving the weapon a skill point work around only means that the weapon becomes OP again only in HIGH SP PLAYERS.

This is bad.

Alright, so i'll redact that part, but would tou be opposed to the Amarr scout getting a 10% RoF buff, in addition to 5% bonus to stamina? I'm personally liking this idea, but i don't main an amarr character, so I was throwing this out. Also, i recall a comment on the -original- 1.8 assault bonuses(RoF to racial weaponry) stating that RoF would only harm the LR and make no sense on the Scr. 'Sorry Dakka, they're just so... Why would it be damage increases and deals damage per shot but heat increases per second when the scrambler weapons get heat per shot. Blood flows. Death comes. War rages Maths is OP. You might get to about 7-9 shots before OH. However, spamming the trigger as fast as possible(or modded controller) and you get near 19-30 or so with an UNBONUSED SCR. While i don't like the thought of making it nearly necessary to use modcontrollers to operate it efficiently, i do like the idea of using the 10% RoF bonus i proposed to buff the LR, as it is not detrimental to the weapon in any way(maybe in ammo consumption, but that's not that bad) 'Sorry Dakka, they're just so... Hony i liked the Rof bonus being the original bonus for all assaults, as it just gave a universal dps buff. Combine that with the current bonuses of clipsize/hipfire/reload and such... I don't know. Imagine a Gallente assault with a Breach AR(25% hipfire/kick reduction) along with a 10% RoF bonus. I imagine you would have people whining 'breach AR too accurate!'
