All dropsuits (full fittings) lost to any vehicle during the 1.7 patch.
JudgeRhadamanthus' video " Airbourne DUST - The Problem With Swarms" Which can be seen here.
Proves that the average infantry (most the players) #1 AV choice was broken. Causing players to resort to more desperate measures just to stand a chance.(JLAVS)
And supposedly being able to stick REs on a friendly vehicle was a "bug" which will be "removed".
CCP if you bought a gun for self defense and it was supposed to be effective against armor, but it ends up shooting confetti you'd want your money back too. All i'm asking for is what's fair,if vehicles were properly balanced then this would be a horribly stupid request. But seeing as players (infantry) were dealt a losing hand before the fight even began you should just refund it as a "balance test".

I want a confetti gun! Can I have one with a flag that says bang?
Anywhore, I do support refunding any suit that you may have in your inventory because really, if you're not going to be using that suit anymore what's the point of having it? We already have a ton of stuff to sell back once the player market comes out so why not just give up the refund now? (This leads me to believe the player market is coming out soon)
But yeah not refunding the suits just makes us not want them to go to waste and may spec into the same ones anyway so the respec would be pointless, the alternative is that we actually want to spec into the same thing and we can just buy the suits back in which case the respec is only useless to some people who don't want a new suit, and not everyone.

Or you can HTFU and just accept that these are the hurdles we have to overcome to make Dust a better game.

Meeee,
As strong a proponent I am of AV, I have to dissagree. CCP should have a responsibility to fix this for the future. CCP also should have the responsibility to NOT break things in the first place.
That being said, CCP should NOT have the responsibility to bail out players who are, of their own accord, using something that is underpowered. It is not and should not be, the responsibility of the devs to pay for your stupidity. Using any weapon that is underpowered, and then dying with it, because it is underpowered, is stupidity. You made a stupid decision, learn to live with it. In 1.7 the game has changed drastically. AV was drastically changed. Learn to adapt. Stop using swarm launchers, instead use explosives. Stop forge gunning solo, instead team up with other forge gunners and concentrade fire, or call in a militia rail tank. Adapt.
And just to show that I am not a completely heartless bastard (mostly heartless sure, but not completely) I DO agree that CCP was moronic in their "balancing" of AV to tanks in 1.7. Forges are bad, swarms are worse, and the Amarrian God help you if you use AV nades. CCP F'ed up with the balance.
It has happened before, it WILL happen again. Learn to adapt.
Otherwise you are starting a slippery slope (anyone who used a plasma cannon will whine next, that they want an ISK refund, etc. etc.) for bailouts of stupid behavior.

I want a refund on all tanks and assault drop ships lost from 1.7 due to the JLAV and militia rail turret spam. but ill settle for them increasing those fittings by x10.
I could give you 10 reason why the Dust team cant get the Amarr tank style right but they are all out of care.
