May seem like a little but it's 5% sprint speed, max stamina and stamina regen. It's a very underrated skill goes a long way, and it's a very noticeable difference. Let's you get there first. lets you clear a corner before you're seen or the guy who's buddy you just killed puts those last two bullets in your back. It's also 3 less mods you don't really have to worry too hard about, if cpu/pg or just lack of slots become an issue. Mad Bomber Now with 50% less profile

Then those speed/stamina modules will come in very handy! Also, I'd fit at least one range amplifier on your suit for what you intend to do with it.
