A collection of destructive challenges, namely one that calls for players to destroy their officer weapons en mass via clone suicide.

How is all this awarded/recorded? How do you know if someone actually follows through?, if so do players automatically get entered even if they don't know the lotto exists just by playing the game? How do we know these challenges will be remembered and its not just a troll to get us to loose ISK or officer weapons? |

Every challenge has different rules. Generally, you need to take a picture or record. I claimed most of my tickets with my phone perched atop a whiskey bottle as I played at my desk.

Folowing from what Mr. Ridgeson stated, yes I do enter people into the contest who may not be aware of the event when I stumble upon a video that displays a very impressive quality of player skill or a rare event. When I do award an event or desugn a new challenge they are under 20 tickets most times and always up for review and critique by the community.

In that case if you have lots of ISK you can pay people to think and do stuff for you.
