Same DPS as everything else, great hipfire capabilities, minimal charge up and barely any kick up to 9 shots at proto. RHMG will have a higher DPS than a Fine Rifle, it will have greater range than the current HMG (And just wait for the assault version), and will probably have a negligible Spool up time. I hope to god that you are right and that they make it the way you said. But CCP's track record points in other directions. Nothing says "F**K YOU!" like a direct Flaylock to the face. Except it's more like a rail turret, because it's the Forge Gun. CCP only has one heavy weapon per race planned for right now.
