I've posted this before and I will try again, in the hope that CCP have the sense to fix this - Stacked Modules Speed Modules get invalid fitting when you stack them, which in the scheme of things If vehicles can stack Hardeners/Boosters/Reps why can't they also speed tank ??? They are the only vehicle module receiving a penalty to stacking, as you can't stack them Hardeners/Boosters/Reps/Extenders/Scanners all get away with no penalty....
For Infantry their is a worse shield delay for stacked shields, vehicles need something similar Along with Hardeners/Boosters needing a stacking penalty which could be any of the following
- Delays to Cooldown - Reduction in effectiveness - Reduction to active duration - Increase in Fitting cost of 2nd module of same type
Or someone else here may have a good idea ..... But any player with sense knows vehicles are damn close to being balanced CCP's changes have seemed OP but co-ordination can take any Vehicle out The Issue is only one Vehicle module suffers from a stacking penalty ......
A Dev response would be awesome, after months of adapting to AV We need to know if these Scrub 3 Hardener fittings will remain a viable option

That already happens when 2 are on at the same time
Dont see how a 2nd mod would increase fitting costs or even make the active shorter and cooldown longer

Yea, also, some modules are absolutely integral to a vehicles survival, like the shield booster.

I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim
