Ummmm when do we get the patch notes today? Downtime is over already and CCP did say 1.8 is to be released next Tuesday.
After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

If 1.7 Patch Notes are any indication (based off of posted time) tomorrow at around 18utc. But, that's just what the time stamp says.
Just don't hold your breathe.
