To people who suck at this game- Math is the only thing that can help you. Pick up a calculus book and read away/ problem solve away. Some of my best gamer friends are mathematicians. Math improves brains ability to problem solve. While your brain only grows up to age 20-25. After that, it is on you to keep it working well or it will deteriorate. The only reason people do math in school is to make the brain grow because problem solving is key to life and everything. To slow down the rate of deterioration, you gotta pick up some math.

I just want to note that new neuron growth does not cease in your twenties and that the brain/mind remains a plastic system throughout life.
