Read the devblog again. Basic heavy frame is exactly the same like the specialised variant. The only difference is that they do not receive any bonuses like explosive resistance etc.

Forgive me but I'm still not seeing it. I see only the stat charts for the sentinel and the commando, not the basic frames.

Use the Sentinel stats. They are the same as the Basic frames. Technically, the Basic frame is a Sentinel suit, but without the Sentinel bonus. Any misunderstanding now?

basic medium frame is worth it.... but only because assault suit bonuses arnt good enough to justify the SP that the skills cost.
unless your doing it JUST for the 25% reduction in light weapon fitting i suppose. |
