Hello, I am Artemis Fowl.
I am new to the merc life. Iv studied the forums and some of the lore in the month iv been here. Under the advice of a friend, ive been puting my skill points into dropsuit core upgrades, mostly armor skills. I have a life time sp count of 1.5 mill, and when I'm done with the needed core skills, it will be time to look into a role, witch I estimate I will happen sometime after the new patch gose live.
At the moment all I have are the starter fits, and as the thread title suggests, I want to be a logie. I know I want to use the gallente logi with a scaner, since ewar is the Fowl family's strangth. My weapone of choice is the AR. Since I know I'm going with the scaner, that leaves the question of what should I put in the two remaining infentry slots? My question is basicly "what equipment would go well on a scaner logi fit?" For all I know, I might not want to put other equipment on, and save the CPU & PG for modules. Any constrictive feed back you have would be appreciated.

Profile dampeners (lows) make you harder to see. There are also passive skills that give you all three, very helpful but not necessarily a high priority below 5-10 mil SP The galente logi only has two low slots at standard level. I might need to depend on those skills before the modules unless I can affored to use advanced. Plus I think it will be more beneficial to my team if I can scan more precisely.

Okay, my fit to start the logi path is a standard gallente logi, with a basic plate and a basic armor rep. My equipment is two scanners and a rep tool. My weapon is a militia assault rifle. Good to start with?

A good rule of thumb is that if your weapon is the same of lower tier than your equipment and you don't stack damage mods, that's a legit logi fitting. And enjoy your first like, fellow logibro. If you don't mind me asking, do you know of any channels that I could squad up in? A channel that won't mind a low level logi like me?
My ancestors trusted fairies. I trust my scanner.
