Since i'm getting that dropsuit command respec can you refund our dropsuit that'll just be collecting dust? I mean you did it for vehicles if I can fully remember..... All of the suits I had before will be completely useless since im specing into something new with the sp your refunding....

Tank prices got changed, which is why they refunded them.

The only time BPOs were taken was when the item they produced was removed for the game. During refunds only market items have been bought back. Limited edition items and BPOs have always been left with the player.

fair while back but i thought they only refunded the vehicles they removed from game? I know i got a lot of money from the sagaris' i had laying around, don't recall if the maddys and somas i had in assets were refunded or just stayed there. |

No. The last time CCP did a refund of the ISK assets, many players the next day logged in to see a very fat wallet of hundreds of millions of ISK. Next thing you know, protostomping in every match. This will very likely not happen again especially after CCP opens up the secondary market and introduces industry into the game where players gain full control of the market and its prices without any restrictions.

You could always, I don't know, spec into them again. Some of us are getting an easy three million SP from the event that passed, others get 2,500,000 or 2,000,000.

Well yes people do like the knee-jerk reaction. I am not one of those people so I hunted them both down and got it straight from the horses mouth. Really nice guys too, far more relaxed one on one.

For 1.7 I only got refunded the skill book ISK, I had unusable vehicles in inventory until I skilled back onto them.

I got about 170 mil from the vehicle buy back as did most that participated in some event that gave us a big stack of tanks and dropships.
I just used up the last of the dropsuits that I won't be using in 1.8. All I'm doing is not retraining two basic frames to 5 that were required back in the day.
I went ahead and put Duvolle Tactical AR on that light frame to use them up as well. I'm surprised at how well it shredded people in CQC. I may start carrying the AR again on some of my suits.

You've got some time to use up all your old assets. I've already used all my proto basic heavy suits (since in 1.8 Sentinels are just basic heavies with bonuses).
We'll call this a "combat refund:" use in battle, make ISK, spend ISK on new suits.

They were on sale for 60% off at one point. I bought $50 worth of AUR and bought up a bunch of suits mainly so I could continue maxing out my core skills and be flexible with a bunch of suits.
CCP is too hung up on this idea that there is too much ISK out there. I really don't get it.
Battles suck ass most of the time because people fight like they a tight wad accountant saving for the family summer vacation.

I played a Dom yesterday against Pradox One with Kit Masters, Lady Killington and a few others. It was badass because we just kept going at each other. We ended up cloning their team (they had terrible BBs) but we lost a ton as well. It was awesome and I could literally count on my fingers how many of these awesome battles I've been in over the last month or so.
Yeah that game was AWSOME
It's at a point where I don't care about anything any more.
If not 1,8 is AWSOME and if they dont reveal some AWSOME sh-ít at the fan fest I am going to leave.
