11) Expect to see a lot of "wannabe" scouts due to the cloak

12) Expect to see bad logis that tried to fit a cloak on their suit bad had to sacrifice things for fitting requirements

The "wannabe" scouts will die out once people fail to use them effectively since they will most likely try to run them like assault suits. Heavies will be, well, heavy. My TV screen might actually be able to get rid of the "You have been scanned" that is currently burned into it. It cost a ton of CPU/PG unless you have a scout on lvl 5. Scouts won't be invisible while on the move and can't use anything while cloaked. And honestly in the current state where 90% of all dust players I encounter are more focussed on their scanner than on their eyes you don't need a cloak to be "invisible". I can't count how many redberries have passed me at 1m distance without noticing me. Hell once I hacked a cru as two redberries tried to counter hack, one left of me one right of me...totally ignoring me...

Will I get an adjustment for that loss? Will the 5% damage mods be the same price as 10% damage mods, or will they be cheaper now. Simple retail economics and ethics. Look at Killzone as a reference. If you run proto gear, prepare to suffer the consequences. You've been warned.

They will need uplinks so they don't have to waddle far and they will want ammo and triage hives. I'm thinking Domination mode might be even more profitable for me in 1.8 than it was in 1.7.
