If the event goes as planned and my math is correct, I should be getting 3 mil from it alone. Add this to the 4 mil I have in dropsuit command (level 3 in most) and I will have 7 mil SP to spend on new suits when they are here.
How much SP will you have?

3 mil from event + about 7-8 million in dropsuit command = 10-11 mil.

I will have 2.5 from the event + 4.5 in dropsuit command. I'll also have some on my alts.

I only counted the SP from the two basic frames that are at 5 which is 1.2 million. All the other dropsuit command skills are going right back to where they are today. Add in the 3 million from the event and approximately 1.6 million for saved plus earned by the 25th and I'll have about 6 million unallocated.
2 million goes into Minmatar Sentinel and Command along with Forge and HMG all to advanced.
1.5 million goes to the new cloaking skill if it is at 5x.
That leaves 2.5 million to put into the remaining 6 mil to max out my dropsuit upgrades tree. If I stay true to my plan then I'll finish off upgrades by mid-May.
